Japanese Matchboxes

Randomly unearthed today while rummaging through a drawer for some crafting supplies:

my Japanese vintage-style matchboxes

I saved them, just because--and I'm glad I did.

These are so lovely! I'm glad you kept them to! Who could throw away something so beautiful? And they could be reused again to hold small items like paperclips or pushpins.
